Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is shipped by contacting our customer service at +212 5 22 27 83 11 or via email at contact@vape-town.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled without any fees, and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method as soon as possible.

In the event of cancellation after the order has been shipped, customers can return the product in its original packaging, intact and unused, within the timeframes and conditions specified in our return policy, detailed in Article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If a product is returned in accordance with our return policy, the refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after receiving and verifying the returned product.

In cases of return due to hidden defects or non-compliance, as stated in Article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the refund will be processed after the hidden defect has been validated by our team.
